Beautiful Iona is 8 yrs old and looking for a warm, calm, loving home where she can learn the joy of being a family pet.

She’s very affectionate, loves to meet people and getting a fuss.

Iona is super with other dogs and shares her kennel with another female greyhound.

She has mixed with terrier sized dogs also on a number of occasions and she makes friends with everyone.

She’s a very chilled out lady but she’s also always up for adventures and wants to be involved in any activities going on.

She’s used to country life but she’s confident so could adapt to a busier environment with a little time to get used to things.

A typical older greyhound, her walks consist of strolling along and lots of sniffing and she’s so calm on the leash.

This laid back, gentle and sweet older gal will make a fantastic pet!

We always feel that the older greyhounds, who have spent their entire lives institutionalised really deserve to spend their golden years in a warm bed, being given the love they deserve !
