Rehoming Irish Greyhounds: Registered Charity Number 1167605
Jody

little JoJo has now been here a week.
JoJo is a 2 yo non racer.
Only 26″tts
She is quite a shy girl but has started to relax and show a bit of character in the last couple of days. Yesterday when I got in she was actually at the door waiting to greet me with the resident pack.
JoJo is a bit of a tinker if you leave paper in a greyhound reachable place.
She has started to play with toys.
She has been 100% clean in the house.
JoJo walks nicely on lead (she was a little hesitant initially, but has now realised walks are fun) she has been good with all dogs she’s met big & small.
She does have a small prey drive, and wouldn’t be cat friendly.
She still hasn’t mastered the stairs so we are carrying her up and down at night although to be honest she is just as happy to sleep in her open crate or in the lounge.
JoJo dent mind a crate, and can be left in her crate without issue for a few hours.
We also feed her in her crate as can guard a little and has not yet eaten a full meal when we are around.
She seems a little nervous to eat all her food when we are in the same room., but if we leave her alone, it’s all gone when we come back.
Today she got on the sofa by herself for the first time.
I am sure there is a cheeky little monkey just waiting to feel confident to let it out.
Really easy girl who just needs a little time and patience to blossom.
