Skipper can jump up, but the foster home are working on this.  Skipper just gets excited to see new people, and really wants to say hello !!

Skipper walks great on the lead, and doesn’t pull.  He loves to go over to greet other dogs, big and small.

Everyone in the foster home love him and his personable nature.

Travels well.
